The Planet Uranus entered the intellectual air sign, Aquarius, on April 2, 1995 and will remain until March 11, 2003. Uranus moves slowly through the Zodiac, and is therefore considered a generational planet. It takes Uranus 84 years to complete its revolution around the entire Zodiac.

Uranus naturally rules the eccentric sign Aquarius, and this planetary placement is a comfortable one yet offers a powerful challenge. It's a time that urges us to take personal responsibility, and to integrate the mind, body and spirit. Uranus in Aquarius is an acknowledgment of the New Age.

Consequently, Uranus is an unexpected force that brings challenges! This hurricane experience reminds us that rebellion, freedom and sudden changes occur both on personal and global levels. Uranus has a destructive impact that breaks the traditional regimes in order to re-invent new ones.
