There are eight planets and two lights (the Sun and Moon). Each of these planets move through the twelve constellations at their own speed depending on their individual orbits. At the moment of our birth they are located in different signs. For example, when we say that a person is a Capricorn, on their date of birth the Sun was located in the constellation of Capricorn. Our natal astrological chart pinpoints where each of these planets and lights were located at the moment of our birth.

Planets are a gold mine of questions. The answers come from the sign and house in which they are located. (Once again you must have your astrological chart. So we can add to the questions and answers from the Houses and Signs that we have already established.)

Using my previous example of Sagittarius on the 10th House:

A 10th House question is: "What career does my soul want me to pursue?" The answer would come from Sagittarius words, such as being a teacher, a philosopher and a traveler. Since I have a planet in that house (Venus in Sagittarius in the 10th House), I can add more information to my original statement. Because Venus is there asking the question: "What do I love?" it is important for me to love my career as a teacher, philosopher and traveler.
