My name is Linda Brady.  I have never been a healthy eater. I existed on cheeseburgers, French fries and Pepsi.  I topped out at 267 pounds on a 5 foot five inch frame.  I was obese, inactive with back problems and a cholesterol count over 330. I was having trouble fitting into a size 24.  It took everything I had to walk up stairs.  I was 60 years old and looked older.  In essence, I was dying and I knew it.  .  Nine years later I  weigh 145 pounds, walk up to 5 miles a day, line dance every week and can fit comfortably in a size 6 jean.  I have dieted before  and lost over 200 pounds throughout my life, and I always gained it back with interest!   Weight Off Wholistically  - WOW- is the program that I developed nine years ago that saved my physical, emotional and spiritual life.

• Ten one hour sessions with Linda and/or Michael for $1500.  You will save $500!
• Individual 3 day retreats in Jay, Vermont for $2200.  You will save $800.  This price includes all meals, transportation to and from the airport and the 3 day individual coaching program
• Individual one hour coaching sessions are $200.
